SUGAR CAMP TOPOGRAPHIC MAP
An early mapping project of mine of a location that is near and dear to my heart.
This is a topographic map of my hometown, designed in the style of USGS quad maps.
Although the maps themselves function more as tools than art, I believe that contour maps are inherently beautiful.
I created a few versions of this map for each member of my immediate family, placing locations that were important to each individual person.
Some aspects and elements of the map are crude, but the area it depicts is very important to me.
